Thank you for your interest in registering to be a part of this year’s Community Fair on August, 27, 2017—we are looking forward to celebrating with you! Before you register for the Fair, please read the following information carefully and then proceed to our Community Fair registration form to reserve your spot.

Registrations must be completed by August 18th in order to guarantee a spot. Receipts are available upon request. Fees are in Canadian dollars and do not include HST. Cheques returned NSF will incur a charge to be invoiced at $30. Registration is not considered complete until payment is received.

Community Fair Fees

The early bird rate is in effect until midnight on July 21. Registrants who complete their submission form after midnight on July 21 will be charged the regular rate.

Payment Options

If you choose to pay by credit card, please select the PayPal option. We also accept cash and cheque payments. If you select this option payment will be due upon receipt of the invoice. Cheques are to be made payable to Capital Pride and can be hand delivered or sent in the mail to:

Additional Information

Typical display spaces include a single 6 foot table and two chairs. Please note that Capital Pride does not provide tents, weights, extension cords, or parking. Please note, this is an unserviced site (site where hydro and a water connection are not available to vendors). Canopy tents must be weighted and not larger than 10×10 feet without arrangements made with Capital Pride.
